Please read through the entire tutorial before attempting to download and install the Flash plug-in.

Note: If you already have the latest version of the Flash plug-in installed on your computer, you do not need to download and install it again.

The Flash plug in is available from Adobe's web site. Before downloading, be sure to close all other browser windows. Use the drop down menu to choose the correct version to download to your PC. Click the Agree and install now button. Choose to Save File in the box that looks like this:

Firefox Windows Save File

If your browser gives you a warning message, click in the white area, then choose to Install ActiveX Control in the menu that appears. Once you have installed that, you can launch the installer by clicking OK in this box:

Now that you have chosen to launch the file, you need to run the installer. Click the Run button.

Firefox Windows Run

Adobe will automatically download and install the player. You will know that the Flash player has been successfully installed you will get the following notification:

Firefox Windows Flash Successful

If you see this box, you've successfully installed the Flash plug-in. If not, retrace your steps through the tutorial process. If you're still stuck, there are well-written troubleshooting guides available from Adobe, or you can contact DEHelp.
