How to Install the Flash Plug-In for Internet Explorer
( page 2 of 4 )

The Flash plug in is available from Adobe's web site. Before downloading, be sure to close all other browser windows. Click the Agree and install now button. If your browser gives you a warning message, click in the white area, then choose Install ActiveX Control in the menu that appears. Now, you can click the Install button in the this Security Warning box:

Player Install

Adobe will automatically download and install the player. You will know that the Flash player has been successfully installed because a movie will play on the Adobe Website that opens with this screen:

Playe Successful

If you see the animation, you've successfully installed the Flash plug-in. If not, retrace your steps through the tutorial process. If you're still stuck, there are well-written troubleshooting guides available from Adobe, or you can contact DEHelp.
