Is Your JHED ID in the DE System?

All students who take online courses from JHSPH must enter their JHED ID into the DE system in order to be enrolled in online academic courses. If you do not enter your JHED ID into the DE system, you will not be enrolled in online academic courses from JHSPH. Although you may register for an online course and pay tuition for an online course, you will not be _enrolled_ in or have access to any online courses if your JHED ID is not in the DE system. The DE system now uses your JHED ID to pull official enrollment information from the University into the DE system.
To enter your JHED ID into the DE system, do the following:
1) Log in to the DE system at http://distance.jhsph.edu/
2) Click on "Edit My Profile"
3) Select the "Your contact information in the online course (DE) system" link
There is a box on this form into which you should enter your JHED ID. You only need to enter it once and you're done.
The JHED ID requirement began on July 1, 2005, which means that if you have not entered your JHED ID into the DE system by the time second term begins, you will not be enrolled in nor have access to second term online courses.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
